Place one of LifeWave X39™ patch on the body, using one of the locations shown above. Apply the patch to clean, dry skin in the morning. Patches may be worn for up to 12 hours before discarding. Keep well hydrated while using this product. The X39 patch can also be applied directly to a point of pain or injury. Do not place on broken skin.
Caution: Remove immediately if you feel discomfort or skin irritation occurs. Do not reuse patch once removed from the skin. For external use only. Do not ingest. Do not use on wounds or damaged skin. Ask a health professional before using if you have a health condition, any questions or concerns about your health. DO not use if pregnant or nursing.

Why do your instructions say to put on clean dry skin in the morning? Everyone from Lifewave says it does not matter whether it is applied day or night as long as it is 12 hrs on 12 hrs off. You are making instructions from distributors to customers confusing by posting conflicting messages.

Because that’s what it says in the product usage brochure that you get when purchasing X39! That’s the official clinically tested way – but yes can be used on clean dry skin 12 hours on and off night or day…

I have been wearing my Life wave patches at night
I’ve been doing that because I keep forgetting to put them on in the morning
Why do you have to put it on in the morning?
Does it not work as good?
Is it unsafe to wear them at night?

Hi Terence it doesn’t matter when you wear the patch as long as it’s for 12 hours. My personal preference is to wear in the daytime after showering in the morning and take off at night. No detrimental effect wearing at night, I have customers who do that as well!
In the instruction booklet which you should have received with your patches it will just say – wear for 12 hours.

Normally I suggest following the product brochure for placement and using one X39 patch for 12 hours but in extreme cases it’s ok to use 2 X39’s same day in the places you’ve mentioned. I often use X39 and Aeon if I’ve been overdoing things. If you’ve read my testimonial I have 4 spine fractures. X39 was the first patch I tried and it gave me pain relief, more energy, better sleep and some of my flexibility came back.

Makes no sense to wear them at night because every single instruction is attached to a warning about keeping hydrated – you can’t hydrate while you sleep.

Everyone is different.
There are also shift workers who work at night….. and I do know some people (not shift workers) who wear at night buy they keep well hydrated during the day. So do what suits you, as the saying goes “one size doesn’t fit all”!

Hallo. Excuse me for bothering you. I have a question. How many hours do the plasters be worn. Can I use for 24 hours or not, and if I use them for example 12 hours today then can I use the same plaster the next day for another 12 hours? Or i have to use new plaster every day? As per the instructions you would have received with the patches, 12 hours on and 12 hours off (not 24 hours straight) and use one new patch per day.

I wonder why you have to take it off after 12 hours. If your body has to “rest” that means the patch is still active. So why can’t you reuse it? Why throw it away if it is still active? Can someone explain why I should throw away an active patch. Seems like a way to sell more patches.

If one was concerned that attenuation may have happened to you than the solution is simple.
Stop that particular patch for a week or so and one will find the body innate systems will once again reset to basic and respond as if you never been patched before.
In that week off time you can still use any of the other patches.

I am a weightlifter my question putting the patch on in the morning will the patch fall off from extreme cardio sweating, taking a steam or sauna or hold up taking a shower or swimming?

shower proof, swim proof not sure on extreme sports but you could always fix it down with something else as our patches will work on body heat and according to this video it’ll work through a six inch block of wood! quoted about 13 mins into the video

The recommended and tested period of our patches is 12 hours on and 12 hours off. It’s ok to occasionally keep on longer as people do sometimes forget to take off, but if you do this too often your body will get used to it and won’t respond to it as well, you need a break in between patches. Think of it like taking tablets for pain, if you take too often you get used to the tablet and its not as effective. The other thing is to check with the person you bought your patches off

I have purchased several hundred dollars of the x39 patches. In all of the packet information I received, and all of the multiple videos I have watched, no where can I find instructions or guidance for how many days does one apply the patch? 30 sincere there are 30 in a sleeve? As needed? I get that one is good for 12 hours, however; I cannot find any information to support the long term length of time one can wear them?
Same with the Ice Wave, no information other than where to apply and lasts for 12 hours. How many successive days in a row does one wear?

The tiny balls are not in every package – only where it’s registered in that country as acupressure patches. They are not needed. We do not have an instruction to use balls in our product booklet (English) version.
The distributor who you bought your patches off should have explained how to use and also about the balls that are included in some countries patches. I have attached our X39 product booklet for you to download.

We can’t guarantee results, as everyone is different, some people react quicker than others. I was lucky I found X39 worked for me within an hour maybe quicker. I have the x39 patches and the Aeon patches. So far I’ve been wearing x39 for 12 hours during the day and immediately switching to Aeon for 12 hours at night. So for all 24 hours I’m wearing a patch. Is this too much stimulation and my body will get used to the patches and it won’t be effective or is it ok because it’s 2 different patches. Should I just wear them both during the day and have 12 hours off at night?

As the patches work differently its no problem, wearing at same time. I often use X39 and Aeon during the daytime, X39 back of neck and Aeon on my spine or or on any aches or pains, if I’ve been overdoing things.
No hard and fast rule, some people wear together or separately, or at night.
Do what suits you as long as you use for 12 hours on and 12 hours off.

I have OP with 4 spine fractures and I use X39 on the base of my spine, sometimes I patch with carnosine at night. None of our patches treat diseases as they are not medical products and we are not doctors, but they can make you more comfortable and out of pain.

I have someone in the hospital who has suffered a stroke and a seizure but I cant see regularly due to covid. So I placed a patch but I can only see him once a day so the patch stayed on for 24 will that harm him

Firstly we can’t make any medical claims, but what I can say is – that leaving a patch on for more than 12 hours, should not do anyone any harm, as no chemicals, drugs or stimulants are in them, they are non transdermal patches. They are less effective working after 12 hours.
But the patient should always seek advice from his/her medical doctor before trying any alternatives

The directions say to leave on for 12 hours and replace with a new patch
Was confused and just put a new patch on after 12 hours. I then read the 12 hours on and 12 hours off on line
Have I caused damage by wearing patches without waiting 12 hours in between. I just started using patches and have done this for 3 days straight

Wear the patch for 12 hours take off (don’t reuse it) have a break of 12 hours before applying a new patch. I put my X39 on after showering in the morning and take off at bedtime (personal preference but you can wear at night and take off in the morning)
Also ask the person who you purchased off as they should be helping and advising you.
I don’t think you bought from me as I always send out a thank you for you order email to everyone, with instructions how to use our patches.
No harm done as no chemicals, drugs or stimulants in the patches but suggest you leave off for a couple of days, then start over. That’s what I’d do!

Apologies for delay in replying, probably by now you will have got an answer from your own sponsor.
But for the record X39 and glutathione both raise glutathione levels (although X39 only slightly)
You may not need Energy Enhancer if using X39
SP6 is for reducing cravings and helps with weight loss. Energy enhancer also aids fat loss – check out David Schmidt’s video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rUBqBUi3Rkw&t=8s
It really depends on what you are trying to achieve.
No clashes as they work on different frequencies, make sure you keep hydrated. No chemicals, drugs or stimulants in the patches and nothing enters through the skin as they work on phototherapy.

Patches are best used 12 hours on and 12 hours off- after 12 hours they are not as effective as your body will get used to them.
You can wear two or more patches at the same time, so for instance I use X39 and Glutatione daily but on different points on the body. I also sometimes add Aeon if I have been overdoing things (I have 4 spine fractures) as Aeon is good for inflammation. Another good combination is X39 and Icewave, they can be used at the same time. Everyone is different so do what suits you.

We recommend 12 hours on and 12 hours off for ALL patches, see above comments – as after 12 hours they are not as effective as your body will get used to them. But you can use icewave at the point of pain and still use X39 at the same time but on a different body point, say the back of the neck

We don’t recommend cutting the patch in half as this will damage it, what you could do is use the patch for less hours a day than the normal 12 hours.
Say for instance you were suffering from a bit of a detox, use the patch for a couple of hours a day and then peel off and place somewhere where you could peel off again and use.
Always ask these type of questions with the distributor who supplied you with your patches, as they are there to guide you.

Hi Marvin, it’s not a 24 hour patch, it’s a 12 hour patch, see comments when people have asked previously, it’s also in the instruction booklet you receive with your patches.
Wear the patch for 12 hours take off (don’t reuse it) have a break of 12 hours before applying a new patch.
30 patches in a pack if you are talking about X39, so a pack will last you 30 days
IceWave, Energy Enhancer and Aculife patches, 30 patches in a pack but you use two at a time so will only last you 15 days.

I assume you will have now contacted your supplier over the question as you didn’t buy from my website. You don’t need the balls, they are put in the packs dependent on which country the product is registered in and the countries requirements. You can throw them away!
